Volunteer Registration
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us for the 2025 Campbell Oktoberfest! PLEASE NOTE A SUBMITTED FORM IS CONFIRMATION OF DATES AND SHIFTS YOU ARE WORKING. A follow up email will be sent prior to the event with details regarding the event. Please sign up for all of the shifts you would like to work. If you are flexible on being in either Beer or Ticket please choose one but include that in the comments section.
Most of these positions require standing for extended lengths of time, so please contact the Chamber or make sure to put in your comments any necessary adjustments to shifts or requirements for you so that we may place you in the best position possible as we have a few other positions open we could also use help in.

If you would like to volunteer as a full group for your business, community club, neighborhood, family and friends to fill a booth of 6 to 8 people for a shift please contact Teresa Stanko directly at [email protected] or 408-378-6252.

On Saturday before the event begins the Set up shift requires the capability of moving large, heavier items to different areas along E Campbell Ave along with assembly of banners, signage and moving of metal frames.
On Sunday Afternoon at the close fo the festival the Tear down shift requires the capability of moving large, heavier items from different areas along E Campbell Avenue along with disassembling of banners, sinage to clear the streets quickly for reopening.
You must be 21+ to work in a Ticket or Beer Booth. Checking IDs, wristbanding, drink ticket and glassware sales.
You must be 21+ over to work in a Ticket or Beer Booth. Pouring beer or wine.

Please choose from the options below for your sandwich. We cannot accommodate specific requests regarding sauce or items on the sandwich so please keep that in mind when choosing what will be best for you. All sandwiches will provided by Erik's Deli Cafe and available for you to pick up at the Volunteer Check In. Please remember to take a break and step out of the booth you are working in to eat. Do not eat in the booth while handling beer or tickets.
